No Returns or Exchanges

Many of the items in our shop are produced to order. This means it's custom made based on your selected options. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or offer exchanges. Please double check our size charts and other product information in order to order the right size or options.

Problems with your order

Please email us at support@giveafluff.com within one week of receiving your order if any of the items you have received are defective or not what you ordered. Please include a photo to show the problem(s). We will absolutely make it right! This does not apply to cases where you change your mind after the order has been produced and/or shipped, or if you selected the wrong size.
